As their operations expanded, relying on traditional B2B sales channels and fragmented operational tools became unsustainable. They required a unified digital transformation strategy comprising two major initiatives: a high-performance digital B2B catalog to capture international inquiries, and a bespoke Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform to centralize their complex supply chain. ePhoenix partnered with the client to deliver an SEO-optimized 24/7 global sales hub, alongside a highly secure custom admin panel to manage inventory, vendor operations, and manufacturing workflows.
