The requirement was not simply to host videos, but to structure knowledge in a way that mirrors how skills are applied on the job. ePhoenix was brought in to design and implement a platform that could support this transition without diluting the intent of the training methodology. The resulting system was conceived as a working tool rather than a content library. It supports short learning interactions, reflection loops, and coaching visibility, enabling organisations to embed learning into daily operations rather than treat it as a separate activity.
